Miroslav Jurišić joined Maistra Hospitality Group in 2011, when he took part in Hotel Lone opening. He embarked on his career as a bartender and waiter, and furthered it as Bar Manager, Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, as well as Food and Beverage Manager. Throughout his career he has gained invaluable experience and developed excellent leadership and management skills, focusing especially on the food and beverage sector, whilst becoming one of the key team members.
In 2023 he started working at Hotel Adriatic as Assistant Director, also assuming responsibility for the management of Kantinon Tavern and Café Al Ponto.
Mislav has equity-and-people-driven approach to management. He believes that team guidance, support and development are crucial to achieving common objectives, while putting guest satisfaction at the heart of it all.
His expertise is augmented by his high emotional intelligence and empathy, which he considers key to achieving excellence. These qualities allow him to exceed expectations and create added value for guests, fellow workers and the whole team.
